This was a complete turnkey interior project for a family of four moving into their new 3BHK apartment at Mahagun Mywoods, Vaishali. They wanted everything handled by a single team to ensure consistency in design and timely delivery.
The scope covered every room in the house: an L-shape modular kitchen with loft, master bedroom wardrobe with dresser, kids room wardrobe with study unit, guest bedroom wardrobe, living room TV unit and display shelf, shoe cabinet at the entrance, false ceiling in all rooms, complete electrical rewiring, and full painting with primer.
The design language is modern contemporary with a neutral palette of whites, warm greys, and natural wood tones. Pops of colour come through in the kids room where we used a teal and yellow accent scheme.
The kitchen features a laminate finish in frosty white with a stone-grey countertop and stainless steel backsplash near the hob. Smart storage includes a corner carousel, cutlery tray, and bottle pull-out.
Living room has a wall-to-wall TV unit in textured walnut laminate with backlit display shelves and a cable management system. The false ceiling runs a simple cove design with warm white LED strips and four recessed downlights.
All wardrobes use 19mm marine plywood carcass with 1mm ABS edge banding and Hettich soft-close hardware. Finishes are coordinated to match the room colour scheme — oak for the master, white for the guest room, and a playful combination for the kids room.
Painting was done using Asian Paints Tractor Emulsion for ceilings and Royale Matt for walls in custom-mixed shades. Two accent walls received textured stucco finish.
The complete project was delivered in 52 days from design finalisation to handover, well within the family's timeline for their housewarming.
